Conference Facilities
The North Queensland Small Business Development Centre offers a fully equipped conference centre with reception, kitchen and office equipment.
The conference centre’s main room offers seating up to forty people and is available for use by tenants and the general public. It is available 7 days a week and includes ample free parking.
A smaller meeting room is also available for intimate groups in boardroom style.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE OF NQSBDC CONFERENCE ROOM

A deposit of $50 to be paid before hire of boardroom – this is refundable immediately if room left in a clean and tidy condition (the condition in which it was found)

All chairs and tables to be placed as and where you found them

All keys to be returned by 9:00am the following day

Sink and surrounding area to be left clean and tidy

All used cups, spoons, rubbish, etc to be placed in rubbish bin provided

Tea, coffee and sugar to be supplied by NQSBDC, milk to be supplied by user of facility

All lights to be switched off when exiting and door to be locked

Air conditioner to be switched off before exiting

If last to leave the centre at night, the external gates to be locked
